Mark Fisher » Construction Director
Mark is our Construction Director with 30 years in the UK construction industry, more than twenty of those running his own building company. His experience is vast and includes all aspects of building in both commercial and residential projects. He has worked for clients in some exclusive locations such as St. Georges Hills in Weybridge, the Wentworth Estate in Surrey and 5* Pennyhill Park Hotel. With exacting standards Mark is a perfectionist, he has turned his hand to every part of the build process and therefore knows what is possible and how to achieve it. Mark speaks Spanish.
Amanda Fisher » Design Director
Amanda’s varied background has bought her a wealth of experience including interior decorating, design and space planning. Passionate about all aspects of design she contributes at each stage of all design projects. As a Director of the company she is also involved in most aspects of the business. Amanda also speaks Spanish.
Sven Roettger » Architect
German born Sven speaks fluent Spanish, English and Italian. He qualified as an architect in Spain in 2001. Projects have included both commercial and residential, working for a diverse portfolio of clients from Nigeria to Dubai to Spain.
Lis Martin » Architect & Interior Designer
Lis was born in Argentina where she graduated as an Architect in 1994. Projects have included commercial and residential. A diverse portfolio includes the design of a luxury villa in Thailand, refurbishment of a historic Malaga building and the design of a public library in Sweden. Lis also speaks English.
Juan Diego Gil Contreras » Associate Architect
Juan Diego graduated from the Sevilla School of Architecture as a Senior Architect. Following a year in London studying English he went on to work for studios in Marbella and Puerto Banus. During his time in the UK Juan Diego developed a passion for modern architecture but he retains his love for the Andalucian style. We collaborate with Juan Diego on joint projects. Juan Diego speaks English.
José María Gutiérrez » Technical Architect
José María qualified as a Technical Architect at the University of Granada in 2001. He also qualified as a Building Project Manager with the Instituto de Práctica Empresarial; and has completed courses specialising in Health & Safety and Risk Prevention at the University of Malaga. José María speaks English.
José Antonio Corral » Technical Architect
Our other highly qualified Technical Architect is Jose Antonio, who has 22 years experience working on the Costa del Sol. He is also a qualified Forensic Building Surveyor so he has plenty of experience seeing how things shouldn’t be done. Jose Antonio is also a qualified Topographical Surveyor.
Adriana Salinas » 3D Renders & Design
Adry is our hugely talented 3D designer who brings our architectural designs to life and helps clients visualise what their project will look like. She also produces our mood boards which explain our vision of the design in the very early stages. Adry´s work has been published in the UK and online.
Mónica López » Accountancy & Legal
Mónica looks after our finances, not only a trained accountant, she is also a qualified lawyer. She speaks English. Monica draws up our contracts, written in plain language, which protect not only our interests but those of our clients, suppliers and contractors. Tight financial controls mean ultimately we can be more competitive and of course still be around tomorrow!
